ATTENTION 7th GRADE STUDENTS

All students going into the 7th grade must have a TDAP,MCV-4, 2 doses of VARICELLA before entering school in the fall. Proof must be brought to the office before the 1st day of school.

ATTENTION SENIORS:

Seniors, If you are planning to attend college in the fall. You must have a MCV-4 and also a Hep A. The Hep A series comes in a series of two doses and they are given six months apart. You must have them BEFORE the first day of class. If you need a copy of your shot record or need help with this I can be reach in the Elementary or call 254-647-1138.
