Ranger FFA Chapter Competed in the Oilbelt District contest in Mineral Wells

Justin placed 12th as the Sr. Creed Speaker. The Radio Team consisting of Misharee, K-Dee and Ethan placed 7th. The Sr. Skills team consisting of John, Joey, and Mattison placed 3rd. The Jr. Farm Skills team consisting of Justin, Jaylon, and TJ placed 2nd and will advance to the Area contest. The Jr. Creed Speaker for Ranger was Jaylon, she placed 2nd and will also advance to the Area contest in Stephenville on November 17th.

Highlights from the 2008 Eastland County Stock Show

15 of the 20 Ranger FFA and 4H participants placed in this years show, with 10,000 being awarded at the sale for our students animals from the Ranger Ag Boosters. Congratulations to these kids for their hard work and great effort and representing their organizations at this years county show. Thanks to Mr. Arnold for all of his hard work getting these kids ready to compete! Thanks to all of the Ag Boosters for their hard work and support for our kids as well as to the Buyers of Eastland County for making this show a great success!
